I work as research associate at the Saarland university Hospital.

I also cooperate directly with the Institute for Medical Biometry and Medical Informatics of the University Medical Center Freiburg, Institute for Formal Ontology and Medical Information Science (IFOMIS) and the Digital Enterprise Research Institute (DERI).

My work focuses on the representation and management of biomedical information and data through ontologies and Semantic Web technologies (member of the W3C HCLSIG). You find more detail about my work here.
